Samvin Technologies Private Limited

We've been working out of Flat no.305 in Vinayagarh heights for a while now. Most people around Waltair uplands know the building. Visakhapatnam is a busy place, but our office stays pretty quiet so we can focus. It’s a standard apartment setup, nothing too fancy, just some desks and computers. Samvin Technologies Private Limited started here because we wanted a local spot in 530003. Sometimes the elevator in Vinayagarh heights is slow, but we make it work. Most days are spent sitting at the screens or grabbing tea nearby. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, but we are still in the same spot. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually just call before coming over to see us. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. Working in an apartment block like this keeps things simple. We don't have to deal with big office park rules. Waltair uplands is a good area to be in, close to most things in the city. There isn't much to say about our history, we just show up and do the work. The address is pretty easy to find if you know where the main landmarks are. We've got enough space for what we need. It feels like a normal workplace where everyone just gets along. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small team trying to stay busy. We like the area and the people.
