Sainadh Udupi TIffins

Sainadh Udupi Tiffins is our small shop in Lawsons Bay Colony, Visakhapatnam. You can find us at Door No 4-1-12/1/1, right across from the Reliance Fresh in the Pedda Waltair area. If you live in 530017, you have probably walked past us before. We open the doors quite early because that is when people are looking for their breakfast tiffins. It is a busy time of day with everyone going to work or heading toward the beach. We serve the usual Udupi style food that people in this area like. The place isn't big, mostly just a counter and a few spots for people to stand and eat. It often gets very crowded in the morning, and we have to move fast to keep everyone happy. We are a small local team and we don't use any fancy equipment. Everything is done the old-fashioned way. Sometimes we run out of sambar or chutney faster than we expected, and we have to rush to make a fresh batch. The kitchen gets very hot and steamy, but that’s just how it goes. We enjoy being in Lawsons Bay Colony and seeing our regular customers who come in every morning. We don't do any big marketing. We just open up and start cooking for the neighborhood.
