Sai Siddhartha Biryani House

The kitchen here gets hot pretty early in the morning. We are right over in Maharanipeta, not too far from the Vijay Medical Center. You can usually smell the spices and the rice cooking before we even open the doors for the day. It is a busy spot in Visakhapatnam and things can get a bit hectic around lunchtime when everyone is hungry at once. We spend a lot of our time making sure the pots are ready and the rice is just how it should be. Sometimes it gets noisy with all the people coming in and out, but that is just how it is around here. We have been in this part of town for a while now. The staff mostly just gets on with the work, chopping things up and keeping the stoves going. It is not a fancy place, just a regular spot where people come to eat when they are in the area or visiting the hospital nearby. We see a lot of the same faces every week. We just try to keep things moving and make sure there is enough food for everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes we run out of stuff if it is a really busy afternoon. That is just part of running a small place like this one in Maharanipeta. We keep the tables wiped down and the water bottles filled up as best as we can while the orders keep coming in.
