Relish Restaurant

We are located in Sector 1 of MVP Colony, right across from the SBM. It’s a nice enough spot in Visakhapatnam, and we’ve been here at HIG 102-1 for several years now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we get a lot of families and students from nearby. Our place is pretty quiet during the day, which gives us time to get the prep work done without rushing. We aren't trying to be the most famous restaurant in the city. We just like making food and seeing people enjoy it. The building is a bit older, so we spend a fair amount of time keeping up with maintenance. It’s just me and a few others running the show most days. We handle the cooking, the serving, and the cleaning ourselves. It keeps us on our feet and makes the day go by fast. Sometimes the humidity in Vizag makes the kitchen feel even hotter than it is, but we’re used to it. We don't have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just want to keep the doors open and the kitchen running. People in the colony know us by name, and we know most of them too. It’s a comfortable arrangement for everyone involved. If you’re around Sector 1 and need a place to sit, you can’t miss us. We’ll be here doing what we always do, day in and day out, making sure things are ready.
