We are based in Gajuwaka, specifically in the Aganampudi Colony area. Our office is number 13-47, and we are quite close to the Durga Temple, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this specific part of Visakhapatnam. Being near the temple means there is always something going on outside, especially during the festivals when the streets get really crowded. We handle the planning and architectural side of things here. Our office is basically just a room with some big tables and a few computers where we sit and work on house plans. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic and the people walking by, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm; we are just a few people who know how to draw up what a building needs to look like. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Gajuwaka over the years, with new houses popping up everywhere. We usually spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons sitting here with the fans going, trying to finish up the latest set of drawings. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us surrounded by half-empty water bottles and a lot of pencils. It’s just a normal local office doing its best to keep up with all the work that comes in. We stay busy and keep the plans moving.
