Dream Space Architects

Dream Space Architects is based out of Srinagar, right across from the APSRTC Complex. Our office is in Pavan Chambers, at number 48-10-42. It is a pretty central spot which makes it easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a project. We have been working on architectural drawings around here for a while now. The office itself is not anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and get the work done. We do a lot of design for local buildings and homes in the 530017 area. Some of our days are just filled with phone calls and making quick sketches on pads. We do not have a big corporate team behind us. It is just a few of us who know how to put a building together on paper. People usually drop by after seeing our sign near the bus complex. We do not promise anything impossible, just solid plans that actually work. The atmosphere in our office is quite relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and talk about measurements or what materials are available. Srinagar is a busy place and being opposite the complex means there is always some noise outside. We are used to it by now and just keep working. We handle everything from basic layouts to more detailed drawings. It is a lot of back and forth with clients until everything is right.
