We’ve been working out of our office at 4-71-2/1 in Lawsons Bay Colony for a while now. It is a quiet spot near the coast in Visakhapatnam, and you can usually smell the salt air from the porch. Being near Babaa Bazaar means there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack, but we mostly stay inside hunched over our drawing boards. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our tools and piles of blueprints. We have a few chairs for people to sit when they come by to talk about their house plans, but the tables are usually covered in sketches and half-empty coffee cups. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit and wait for it to come back while we talk about the day's tasks. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what the others are doing. We don't have a big receptionist or a polished lobby. It’s just us doing the work. The humidity here can be a real struggle for the paper and the equipment, but we’ve learned to manage over the years. We spend a lot of time on site too, checking how things are being built. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We just try to get the dimensions right and handle the local paperwork without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how we operate.
