I’ve got my office at FF Towers, right in the CBM Compound area of Visakhapatnam. It’s on the third floor, room 301. It’s a pretty good location because we are right adjacent to VIP Road, which makes it easy to explain to people where to go. The building itself is busy, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit more manageable. I spend most of my days here surrounded by folders and old notebooks. It’s not the biggest space, but it’s enough for what I do. I don't really go for all the modern office trends; I just have what I need to stay organized. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a headache, especially in the mornings, but that's just part of being in this part of town. I've seen a lot of businesses come and go around here, but I’ve stayed put at 301. It’s a practical place to be. I usually have tea around four, and the window looks out toward the street, so I can see the traffic building up. People stop by when they have questions or need some help with their documents. It’s just me and a small bit of help now and then. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist, just a door and a desk where I sit. I think keeping things simple makes the work go a lot smoother for everyone involved.
