Onus Info Solutoins is situated near the Vivenkannada Telugu Medium School in Idrapalem. It’s a local spot where we handle various information and tech tasks for the community. We aren't a big IT firm with glass walls or fancy suits. Our office is more like a small room with a few computers and some cables running across the floor in the back. Being near the school means we get a lot of students coming in throughout the day. Sometimes they need help with school projects or just need something printed out for their classes. We also help local people with various online forms and basic tech stuff that they find confusing. It’s not very glamorous work. Most of the time we are just sitting in front of screens, trying to figure out why a website isn't loading or how to format a document correctly for someone. Idrapalem is a nice area, and being near the school keeps things lively. We don't have a receptionist at the front. If you come in, one of us will just look up from our screen to see what you need. It’s a bit informal here. We might be having our tea while we work on a file. The name on the sign says Onus Info Solutoins, but to most people around here, we are just the guys who help with computer stuff. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the neighborhood.
