Noetic Soft Solutions

Noetic Soft Solutions is located on the first floor of building 48-6-57 in Sri Nagar. We are right in Rama Talkies Lane, which is a pretty famous landmark around here. It’s a busy spot, especially when a big movie is playing nearby. You can hear the traffic and the people all day long from our windows. We do a lot of software work, which basically means we spend our lives in front of monitors. The office is a bit cramped because we’ve added more desks over the years as we took on more work. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s good exercise, I guess. We have a lot of notebooks scattered around with code snippets and reminders that nobody can actually read. We aren't a big corporate firm with a human resources department or a dress code. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and try to finish our tasks before the deadline hits. Sometimes we stay late and order food from one of the stalls down the lane. Rama Talkies Lane has a lot of energy, and I think that rubs off on us a bit. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a whiteboard that usually has more doodles on it than actual work plans. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to make a living in the tech world. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the code.
