Mandem It Private Limited

If you find yourself in the Mithilapuri VUDA Colony area of Madhurawada, that is where we are. Our office is at HIG 662, specifically unit 2-161/8. It’s a decent neighborhood in Visakhapatnam, quite different from the busier parts of the city. We have been operating Mandem It from here for some time. The colony is usually calm, which helps when you need to focus on a screen for hours. There are a few trees outside that give some shade during the peak heat hours. The building isn't new, but it serves us well for what we do. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people walking by probably wouldn't even guess there's an IT company inside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and cables running along the walls. We usually bring lunch from home and eat together in the small break area. It’s a practical setup. Being in Madhurawada means we are away from the main traffic of the port area, which everyone in the office appreciates. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, but that’s just life in Vizag. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the colony, like the delivery bikes or kids playing nearby after school hours. It feels more like a home office than a corporate floor, which is fine by us. It is just a place where work gets done without any fuss.
