We work out of a place on Malla Suri Street in Kancharapalem. The exact door number is 57-6-12, and it’s under the name W.V.S.R. Subhash. Kancharapalem is a busy part of Vizag, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We are a software company, but our office doesn’t look like those high-tech ones you see in movies. It’s a regular building on a regular street. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day coding or fixing bugs. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. The street can be quite narrow, so parking a scooter or a car is always a bit of a challenge in the mornings. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on the software projects we have in front of us. There’s a lot of tea drinking and occasional breaks to talk about the local news. We don't have a big HR department or fancy break rooms. It’s just a group of people who are good with computers working in a local neighborhood. We like it here because it feels real and not like some sterile corporate park. The neighbors are friendly enough, and we have a few small shops nearby where we grab snacks. It’s a practical setup for what we do, right here in the heart of the city.
