Laguna Restaurant

We are located right on Beach Road at the Senora Beach Resorts. Since we’re in Sagar Nagar, the breeze from the ocean is pretty much a constant thing here. It’s a nice change from the humid air deeper in the city. The restaurant itself is part of the resort, so we get a lot of families staying over for the weekend. People usually come in with sand on their shoes after spending time down at the beach, which keeps us busy with the broom. It’s not a stiff, formal place at all. You can hear the waves if the traffic on Beach Road isn’t too loud. Most of our days are spent getting ready for the dinner rush when people come back from the water. We have a lot of locals who drive down from the main part of Visakhapatnam just to eat somewhere that isn't so crowded. The lighting is a bit dim in the evenings, which some people like. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know which tables have the best view, though they all get taken pretty fast. It’s a simple life out here by the sea. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure there’s enough cold water for everyone. It’s a decent spot to just sit and exist for an hour or two. We don't make a big fuss about things.
