Jmc(I)Ltd

You can find us over at Prince Apartments, B-16. Jmc(I)Ltd is tucked away in the T.C. Palem area of Visakhapatnam. The full address is a bit long, but most people just look for the apartment building near the 44-7-10A1/16 spot. R. Prem Chand and the family have been around here for a long time. It’s a local setup, very different from the big industrial zones you see on the other side of Vizag. We work out of this space and it feels a bit like home because it’s in a residential building. It’s quiet enough for us to focus on our projects without too much distraction. We have our desks set up and we spend the day going through paperwork and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes the salt air from the coast makes things feel a bit humid, but we don't mind. We aren't a big fancy operation with a receptionist and a coffee machine. We just make our own coffee and get down to business. It’s practical and honest work. The neighbors are nice, and we try not to make too much noise. Being in Andhra Pradesh, we get some hot days, but we just keep the fans going. It’s a good place to work. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Prince Apartments. We've been at it for years now.
