Harsha Putta

We are set up at Flat 12 in J.K Modern Homes. It’s on Nouroji Road, right in the Maharanipet area of Visakhapatnam. The building is one of those modern-style blocks, but it’s been around long enough to have some character. Harsha Putta is the one running things here. We don't have a big fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and see a couple of us working at our desks. There’s a nice breeze from the ocean sometimes, but the humidity can be a bit much in the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a few years now, just keeping things simple. We don't do any big advertising or anything. Most people who come by are just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the city. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right, which happens more than it should. We spend our days mostly on the phones or dealing with various papers. It’s not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like the Maharanipet area because it’s close to everything but still feels like a proper neighborhood. Sometimes we go down to the street to grab some coffee when things get a bit slow. It’s a very basic operation we have going here. No one is trying to be a big boss. We just do the job and go home at the end of the day.
