Our office is tucked away in Teja Apartments, specifically Flat S-1. Being in Sector 1 of MVP Colony in Visakhapatnam makes it pretty convenient for us. It is a residential building, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold office space. Global Cynex Inc. is basically run from this flat. You walk through the main gate, head up, and there we are. It is quiet enough most mornings, which is good when we have a lot of data to look through. We have got a couple of desks set up in the main rooms. The sea is not too far away, and sometimes you can feel that coastal breeze if the windows are open, though usually, we just keep the fans going. Visakhapatnam is a growing place, but this corner of MVP Colony stays fairly relaxed. We do not have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come to see us already know the way or they call us from the street to double-check the apartment number. The kitchen in the flat is where we make tea and talk about what is going on for the day. It is a simple setup. We deal with our work without much fuss. There is always a bit of clutter with files and folders, but we know where everything is. It is just a group of us working hard in a quiet apartment. We like it this way because it is practical and does not feel like a big corporate machine.
