Flying Spaghetti Monster Restaurant

We are tucked into the SAI Dakshata Complex over in Waltair Uplands. If you know Visakhapatnam, you know this area near the Waltair Club is always pretty active. Our specific spot is at 10-50-12/F2, G2, and we’re right beside the Lenovo showroom, which helps people find us. Most of the day is spent just managing the kitchen and making sure the seating area is ready for whoever walks in. The Vizag humidity can be a bit much, so we keep the fans going and try to stay cool while we work. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it gets busy, but we make it work. We see a lot of people from the nearby offices and shops coming in for a break. Outside, the traffic on the road can be noisy, especially with all the cars going toward the club. We spend time cleaning the windows and making sure the floor is mopped after the lunch rush. It’s not a complicated life here, just a lot of small tasks that add up. We check the fridge, prep the ingredients, and try to stay on top of the dishes. Every now and then, we have to deal with parking issues on the street, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the shift is over. It is a steady routine that keeps us grounded in the neighborhood.
