Down here in Chinawaltair, things move at their own pace. Encore Software India Pvt. Ltd. is located at D.No.8-33-2 in Visakhapatnam. We’ve been set up in Andhra Pradesh for quite some time now. Most of the guys here are just focused on the screens and the code we handle every day. It’s a decent place to work, especially being in Visakhapatnam-17. The office is straightforward, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in movies. We have our desks, our coffee, and the work that needs doing. Sometimes the humidity gets to us, but that’s just life in this part of India. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the software running and making sure our clients are okay. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the local traffic, but we are used to it by now. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need to drop off a document or talk about a project. We try to keep things grounded. There isn't any fancy mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe a few old posters. Being in Chinawaltair suits us just fine. It’s a practical location for a small team like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. That’s really all there is to it. No big mystery, just a software office by the coast.
