Encore India ( Rpo)

Encore India (Rpo) is located over in Sriramnagar, Malkapuram, right here in Visakhapatnam-11. Our specific spot is 66-2-47/D, and the place is managed by P. Bharathi. It’s a local neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we handle our recruitment processing work. It’s not a shiny corporate building with an elevator. We’re on a regular street where people know each other. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty or noisy when there’s construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in Malkapuram. We don't have any of those fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have our calendars and our to-do lists. We're a small group of people who just want to get through the workday and do a decent job for the people we work with. The space is a bit small, and we’ve definitely outgrown some of the furniture, but it works for what we need. We don’t spend money on things we don't need, like fancy office supplies or branding. We just focus on the work itself. Being in the 530011 area feels like home to us. It’s a simple, no-nonsense environment, and that’s the way we prefer to keep things. Just us, our desks, and the daily tasks we have to finish. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, but we usually try to get home on time.
