Delicacies Restaurant

We set up Delicacies Restaurant over on Plot No 2 on the Main Road in MVP Colony. We are in Sector 10, right beside the Andhra Bank. If you know Visakhapatnam, you know MVP Colony is a huge residential area, so there is always something going on. Being on the main road means we get a lot of noise from the buses and scooters, but it also means people find us easily enough. The restaurant itself is pretty plain. We have some decent tiling and the fans are usually on full blast because of the Vizag humidity. It gets really sticky here, especially in the afternoons. Most of our customers are people who work at the bank next door or families living in the nearby blocks. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily chores, like getting the vegetables from the market and making sure the water filter is working. It isn't a glamorous job, honestly. There is a lot of scrubbing floors and dealing with the heat in the kitchen. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us and a couple of helpers. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the colony change quite a bit. We just keep doing what we do, serving the local crowd and trying to stay ahead of the bills. It’s just a regular local business, and we usually close up once the bank staff has gone home and the dinner rush ends.
