Our office is in a residential sector, which makes it feel a lot more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now. It’s a simple setup with enough space for our computers and a small table where we have our meetings. We don't really have a big staff, just a handful of people who are good at software and enjoy fixing things. Most of the day is spent writing code or checking for errors in systems. We don’t have a marketing guy or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just take on jobs that come our way through people we know. Sometimes we get pretty busy and the office gets a bit messy with papers and coffee cups, but we usually clean it up by the end of the week. The neighborhood is nice, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack when we're working late. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We're just a local software company trying to do a decent job for our clients. It’s not a complicated way to live, but it works for us. The commute is easy for most of the team too.
