Cielhaut Softech Llp operates out of Flat No. 201 in the Swarna Residency building. This is over in the H.B. Colony area of Visakhapatnam, specifically around Bhanu. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We’ve been set up in this flat for some time now. It’s got that lived-in feel because we spend so much time here working on software projects. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a plus. The office itself is just a regular residential space that we filled with computers and monitors. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which I think helps us stay relaxed while we’re dealing with complicated bugs or tight deadlines. We don’t really go for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just need chairs that don't hurt our backs and a fast internet connection. Visakhapatnam is a big city, but our corner of it feels pretty grounded. People often ask what "Softech" means, and we just tell them we handle the technical side of things so they don't have to. We don't have a sales team or anyone like that. It’s just the people doing the actual work answering the phones and responding to emails. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it seems to work out okay for us and the people we help. We get plenty of sunlight in the morning which is nice.
