Candela Technologies India Private Limited is based on the ground floor over in Iirushikonda Gramam. It’s a pretty specific spot, and if you aren't from around here, you might miss it. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to duck in and out when we need a break. The office itself is quite basic. We didn't spend much on decorations because we’d rather have better equipment to work with. There are wires everywhere and the desks are a bit crowded, but it works for us. Rushikonda is a decent area, though it can get a bit dusty with the local construction and wind. We’ve been operating from this location for some time. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door is locked, you just have to knock until someone hears you over their headphones. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We spend our days troubleshooting and building things on our computers. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We usually just eat at our desks or find a small place nearby for tiffins. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just want a quiet corner to get our work done. It’s a practical workspace for a team that prefers doing over talking. There is always someone working late, so the light is often on even at night.
