Balaprasad Ganti

You can find me at Akella Enclave on 6th Street in Dwaraka Nagar. The office is GF203, which is on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. Dwaraka Nagar is always buzzing with people, but 6th Street is slightly tucked away from the heaviest traffic. I’ve been working out of this space for quite some time. It’s a functional office, nothing more. I have my desk, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of documents that seem to grow every week. Balaprasad Ganti is just me and my small team trying to keep up with the daily grind. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive marketing. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the computer or filling out forms. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary work. Sometimes we share a meal in the small corner we use as a break area. We don't have any big corporate rules here. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to help people out. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing things. Visakhapatnam is a big city, but our corner of it feels like a small community. We like it that way. It keeps things grounded and real for everyone involved. It’s a simple life for us.
