Adrelic IT Solutions is over in Visakhapatnam, specifically in Surya Towers. We are located in Seethammadhara, which is a busy part of the city. Our office is in Revenue Ward 9, so there are always plenty of people moving around the building. It’s a standard IT setup. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of wires running everywhere. It’s not a very polished place, but it works for us. We spend most of our time writing code or trying to figure out why a system isn't working right. The team isn't very big, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big human resources department or formal rules about what to wear. Usually, we just show up in whatever is comfortable and start working on our tasks. Sometimes we have to work on weekends if a client is in a hurry, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The building has an elevator that works most of the time, which is good because we are on one of the upper floors. There are some decent places to get lunch nearby, which is the highlight of the day for most of us. We aren't trying to be a huge global corporation.
