We are based in Visakhapatnam, specifically at Surya Shakti Nagar in PM Palem. Our address is 1-41-27, and the most recognizable thing nearby is the cricket stadium. It’s actually right opposite us. On match days, the whole area gets really busy and loud, which is quite a change from our usual quiet routine. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels very much like a regular neighborhood. We aren't in one of those high-rise IT towers. Instead, we have a more grounded setup here. Working at Adims Innovations means coming into PM Palem every day, which is a nice part of Vizag to be in. It's growing fast, but it still has that residential vibe. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We have our computers and some basic furniture, nothing over the top. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to happen before the afternoon heat kicks in. It gets quite humid here, being so close to the coast, so the fans are always running. We like being near the stadium because it makes giving directions easy to anyone who might be stopping by. Most of our day is spent at the desks, just working through the projects we have on hand. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the typical corporate fluff you see elsewhere.
