Roots

Roots is located in the R.K.G Industrial Estate in Ganapathy. It’s a standard industrial area where everyone is busy making something or other. Our unit is just one of many in the estate, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us covered in dust or working on a machine. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of production. Some days the machines work perfectly, and other days they decide to be difficult, which is just how it goes. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements pinned to the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. The staff here is a small group of locals who have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and often share our tiffins during lunch break. The industrial estate can be a loud and dusty place, but it’s where we feel at home. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It isn't always easy, and the hours can be long, but we take pride in just getting things done without making a big fuss. It’s just how we run things around here every day.
