Ultratech Cemco Ltd(Formally L&T Ltd)

We are located at Plot No.68 in Mothinagar, Hyderabad. A lot of the older folks around here still remember us from when the name was formally L&T, but now we operate under the Ultratech banner. The office is at 13-1-96, and it is a pretty standard, no-frills setup for a cement company. We have got quite a bit of history in this particular spot. Most of our days are spent talking to local contractors and managing the heavy flow of material out to the various building sites around the city. Hyderabad is always under construction somewhere, so we stay pretty occupied all year round. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just some metal desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We are not interested in sounding corporate or especially polished. We are just a bunch of regular people working in the industry, making sure the supply chain does not break down when someone needs a delivery. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little backed up, or a truck is running late because of the bad traffic on the main road, but we handle it. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the load numbers match our records. We have seen Mothinagar change a lot as more apartment buildings go up nearby. It is a gritty job, especially with all the dust, but we are used to it by now.
