Sri Sai Stones

Our place is at 3-2-161 on Wyra Road in Kaviraj Nagar. It’s a pretty basic setup for a stone business. We have a lot of different types of stone stacked up in the yard. Most of the time we’re just out there in the heat, moving pieces around so people can see the different shades. Wyra Road gets a fair amount of traffic, so it stays pretty dusty around here. We have a small desk where we do the invoices, but usually, we’re on our feet. It’s a local business, so we know a lot of the folks who live nearby. They stop in when they’re building a wall or fixing up a floor. We don’t have any fancy brochures. What you see is what we have on hand. Sometimes the trucks arrive late at night and we have to be here to meet them. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and sometimes my back really feels it by the end of the week. We keep the stone wet so the colors pop when someone is looking at them. It’s just a regular yard with some stone and a couple of guys working. We’ve been at this Kaviraj Nagar location for a while now and most people know where to find us. It’s not complicated, just hard work and a lot of rock. We try to stay out of the sun when we can, but that’s not always possible.
