Sri Sai Srinivasa G/S

Located on Visalandra Road, Sri Sai Srinivasa G/S sits in the middle of the Moghalraja Puram area. It is a pretty good spot in Vijayawada because there is always someone walking by. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. We open up the shutters every morning and start the day by sweeping the front step. The traffic on Visalandra Road can get quite heavy, so there is a lot of noise and dust throughout the day. We have our regular customers who live in the apartments and houses nearby. They usually come in for their daily needs, and we know most of them by sight. It is a simple way to make a living, just running a general store in a busy neighborhood. The shelves are filled with all sorts of small things, from soap to snacks and everything in between. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything, we just do what needs doing to keep the place going. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit in the dark for a bit until it comes back, chatting with whoever is around. That is just part of life here. We don't put on any acts; what you see is what you get when you walk into our place in Moghalraja Puram. It is just us, the shop, and the daily flow of people coming and going on the road.
