Genesys Academy

Genesys Academy is located over near Siddartha Public School, right opposite Sri Medha. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood where you see students carrying heavy bags every afternoon. We have a few rooms in the building that we’ve turned into classrooms. It’s pretty basic—just rows of benches, a few whiteboards, and a lot of markers. We aren't a big institution with a huge campus. We’re just a place where students come to get a bit of extra help with their subjects. The walls have a few diagrams taped up, but mostly they are plain. It can get a bit loud when the classes change over and everyone is talking at once. We don't have a big office or a lobby with sofas. If parents want to talk to us, they usually just pull up a stool in the hallway. We’ve been here for several years, and we know most of the families in the area. Our teachers are just regular people who are good at explaining things. We don't have any flashy technology, just the books and the boards. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but the students don't seem to mind. We stay open until late in the evening for the older kids who have a lot of catching up to do. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don't make big claims about results; we just sit down and do the work with the kids every day.
