Being out on Solarpur Road, this place takes up a good bit of space. It’s a medical college, so there is always a lot going on at all hours. You see students walking around with stethoscopes and heavy books tucked under their arms. It’s not just a school, it feels more like a small town sometimes because of how many people are here. The buildings are solid and have seen a lot of years. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for photos. It’s about the work. The hallways can be long and sometimes the lighting is a bit dim in the older wings. People arrive early in the morning, and you’ll still see lights on in the labs well past midnight. It’s a busy atmosphere with doctors, nurses, and students all crossing paths. Parking can be a bit of a headache on some days. The canteen is usually packed with people grabbing a quick tea or something to eat between shifts. We’ve got different departments spread out, and sometimes it takes a while to walk from one end to the other. It’s a place where people are learning to handle serious things, so the mood is usually quite focused. We just try to keep things running smoothly so everyone can do what they need to do.
