Arr Steel Company

Down here on Vaniyambadi Road in Muslimpur, things stay pretty noisy. That’s because we’re handling steel all day at Arr Steel Company. If you come by 8/74, you’ll hear the sound of metal moving around. It’s not a quiet office, it’s a working yard. We spend a lot of time loading up trucks and making sure the lengths are right for whatever the customers are building. Most of our days are spent checking the stock and talking to drivers who come in from all over. We’ve been in this part of Muslimpur for a bit, so we’ve seen the area change, but our work stays mostly the same. Steel is heavy and it takes a lot of effort to keep everything tidy, which we try to do but it's a struggle sometimes. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just supply the rods and sections that people need for their construction work. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and things take a bit longer, but we get it done. It’s a family-oriented vibe here, and we mostly just focus on the task at hand. No big speeches or fancy promises, just the material sitting in the warehouse ready to go. You can find us easily enough near the main stretch of the road. We stay busy with the local builders and anyone else who needs a bit of steel for their projects. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we close up the gate.
