Being in this part of the city means there are always students around and the energy is quite high. Our office is in a residential-style building, which is pretty common for this part of Varanasi. We have a small team here working in the 221005 area of U.P. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you don't know the lanes, but once you are here, it’s a calm enough spot to get work done. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly coordinating things for the region. The office itself is simple—desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few calendars on the walls. We don't bother with a lot of the corporate stuff you see in big cities. We just focus on the task for the day. The traffic in Varanasi can be a nightmare, so we usually get in early and stay until the work is finished. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news during breaks. It’s a very human way to spend the day. We don't have a "best service" slogan; we just try not to make mistakes and keep the records straight. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the company.
