So, even though the name mentions Raipur, we are actually located over at Plot No. 6 in Varanasi. We’re right near St. Jones School in the Bhullanpur area of Marhauli. It’s a bit of a mix-up with the name sometimes, but that’s just how the company was registered years ago and we never changed it. Steel And Alloys Company is what we go by every day. Being near a school means it gets pretty crowded around here during the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. We have to be careful with the trucks during those times or everything gets stuck. Our yard is filled with all sorts of alloys and steel pieces. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but if you ask any of the workers, they can find what you need in a few minutes. We’ve been in Uttar Pradesh for a long time and we like the community here in Varanasi. It’s a busy life, handling metal and dealing with the heat, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have a small shack where we keep the records and a telephone that rings more often than not. We just do our thing, supply the steel, and try to make sure everything is handled fairly for everyone. It’s a bit messy and loud, but that’s the steel business for you and we're okay with that.
