Shree Durga Sattu Chura Udyog

We have been running Shree Durga Sattu Chura Udyog down here in Maroofganj for quite a while. Our unit is located on the ground floor near Sakambri Apartment. It’s right in Bhoora Gali, which stays pretty crowded most of the day with people and carts moving back and forth. We focus on making sattu and chura. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till late evening. The machines make a lot of noise, but we are used to it by now. People in the neighborhood know the smell of roasted grains coming from our door. We don't have a big office or a fancy sales team. It’s just us doing the processing and packing. Sometimes the dust from the grains gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up the floor. We try to keep things consistent because that is what people expect when they buy from a local udyog. It’s a simple setup. We get the raw materials, process them, and then they are ready for the bags. Being near the apartment helps people find us easily. Most of our days are spent checking the texture of the sattu or making sure the chura is just right. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make these food items for the local market here in Maroofganj. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the local community. It is a decent way to earn a living.
