Vegan & Raw

Our place, Vegan & Raw, is located at 2/225 D 1, Bhadaini, in the Assi area of Varanasi. The pin code is 221005. We are very close to the State Bank of India in Assi, which is where most people tell others to look if they are trying to find us. Varanasi is a very old city, and things can be a bit crowded and noisy around here. We decided to focus on vegan and raw food because it was something we were interested in ourselves. It is a small operation. We do not have a team of managers or a big marketing budget. It is just a few of us making food every day. The building is old, like most things in Bhadaini, so we deal with the usual repairs and maintenance. We do not have any big corporate mission or anything. We just open the shop and hope people enjoy what we make. A lot of tourists and locals who go to the Ghats end up walking past our door. We do not use any animal products here, which is the main thing about our shop. The atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the main road. We do not have fancy uniforms or scripted ways of talking to customers. We just treat people like neighbors. If you are near the State Bank, you can find us easily enough. We are just part of the local scene here.
