Serene Sonny Public School

Our school is located on Bela Road in the Pahariya area of Varanasi. It’s a busy part of the city, and the 221007 area code is home to a lot of families. If you walk down Bela Road, you’ll see our gate among the various shops and houses. We’ve been here for a while, and the building shows its age in a comfortable, familiar way. Every morning starts with the sound of the traffic outside and the staff getting the classrooms ready. We don't have any fancy corporate slogans or a polished image. We are just a local school where we know the names of the rickshaw drivers who bring the kids. The office is a small room filled with shelves of old files and a couple of desks where we do the accounting. Varanasi is a very crowded and vibrant place, and our school reflects that energy. We spend our days managing the flow of students, making sure the water tanks are full, and keeping the place running as smoothly as possible. It’s hard work, especially when it’s dusty outside, but we’ve got a good routine down. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. It’s just about being there every day for the students in Pahariya. Once the afternoon sun starts to fade and the school empties out, we do a final walk-through of the halls and lock the main entrance for the night.
