We’re Rivermonk Agro Processing Privatelimited, and our place is at L-14, Nadesarvikas Pradhikaran. It’s a decent-sized spot where we handle various agro-processing tasks. The neighborhood of Nadesar is quite active, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We have some machinery for processing, and it makes a fair bit of noise when everything is running at once. My day usually starts with checking the equipment to make sure nothing broke overnight. We process different types of crops depending on the season, so the work changes a bit throughout the year. It’s a dusty environment, and we’re usually wearing our work clothes and getting our hands dirty. We don’t have any fancy office staff, just a few of us who know how to run the machines and pack the finished goods. Sometimes the supply of raw materials is a bit slow, which gives us time to catch up on maintenance or clean the floors. We aren't a big industrial plant; we’re more of a local facility that helps bridge the gap between the farms and the shops. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the details. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, making sure the bags are filled and moved out to the trucks on schedule. It’s a simple, practical business and that’s exactly how we like it.
