Pratap Construction Company

Pratap Construction Company has its main office at No C 21/3-6 in Maldahiya. We are quite close to the Hindustan International Hotel, which is a major landmark in this area. Our days are mostly spent on construction sites, so the office is often empty except for someone handling the phone and the paperwork. We deal with all sorts of building projects, from small house repairs to larger local developments. It’s a tough business, and things rarely go exactly according to plan, but we’ve learned how to adapt over the years. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs at sites or hearing about us from their neighbors. The office itself is pretty basic, with rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls and boots parked by the door. We’ve got a dedicated crew of workers, some of whom have been with us since we first started out in Maldahiya. We enjoy the process of seeing something being built from the ground up, even when the weather is bad or materials are hard to find. We aren't a massive company with a huge fleet of trucks. We’re just a local construction team that wants to do a solid, honest job. It’s hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know and what we’re good at. We’ve built a lot of things in this town, and we plan to keep at it.
