L D Infrastructure is located in the Sayar area of Ugapur, which is part of the Aurai region in Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi. It is a more rural setting compared to the big city offices, but that suits us just fine. Our workspace is pretty simple and fits in with the surroundings of the village. Most of the people working with us are from the local area, so there is a real sense of community in how we handle things. Bhadohi is known for a lot of things, but we just focus on our own tasks here in Ugapur. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, especially during the monsoon season, but we manage to get around. We don't have a big fancy building or any of those modern glass structures. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get our work done without distractions. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk. We usually start our day early and try to get as much done as possible before the sun goes down. There isn’t any corporate jargon or complicated hierarchy here; we just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. It’s a quiet life in Sayar, but there is always plenty of work to keep us occupied and out of trouble, which is exactly how we like it to be.
