L&T Construction

Our office for L&T Construction is located right near Shubham Hospital in Khajuri. We spend most of our days dealing with site plans and making sure the crews have what they need. Construction is messy work and there is always some kind of delay with materials or weather, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is mostly local guys working here. We aren't fancy and the office is usually covered in a bit of dust from the road. People come by to ask about building projects or just to check on how things are moving along. It’s a noisy business, especially when the big machines are out back. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, so most people in Khajuri know where to find us. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We try to stay on top of the schedules, but things change fast in this line of work. It’s hard work, being out in the heat or rain, but that is the job. We don’t do much talking, mostly just focused on the projects we have going on right now. The area around the hospital is always busy, so there is plenty of traffic passing by our front door every single day. We just keep our heads down and keep working until the sun goes down and we head home.
