L & G Hair Beauty Center

Our shop is over in Shastri Nagar, right across from the IP Mall in Sigra. Varanasi can be a really busy place, and our street is no different. We spend most of our time here at L 6/60, dealing with all kinds of hair and skin stuff. It’s a local center where people from the neighborhood pop in when they need a quick change or just want to feel a bit cleaner. We’ve got the usual setup with chairs and stations for different things. It isn't a very large place, but we make it work. Most days it’s just the sound of water running and blow dryers going. We see a lot of students and office workers since the mall is right there. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three or four people walk in at once, but we just handle them one by one. The lights are bright, and we try to keep the mirrors clear so everyone can see what’s happening. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to describe it. We just cut hair, do some basic beauty treatments, and make sure people leave looking a bit better than when they came in. It’s what we do every day from morning till the evening. The street outside is always noisy, but inside we just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving along.
