Jyoti Foods is located over at Plot No-36/26Pm in Konia. We are pretty close to the Rajghat Railway Station, so we hear the trains whistling and rumbling by all day long. It’s a busy part of the Tehsil and District. Inside our place, it’s usually humming with activity. We deal with food, so things have to stay moving. It’s not a big corporate kitchen with stainless steel everywhere. It’s more of a practical setup where we do what needs to be done. We’ve got bags of ingredients stacked up and people moving around trying not to bump into each other. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak hours when we’re trying to get things ready for transport. We don't have a flashy sign or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us covered in flour or checking on a batch of something. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit around and wait for it to come back, which gives us time to catch up on the local news or share some gossip. We just do our work and try to keep things simple. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to make a living and provide for their homes.
