You can find Fluoresce Educational Institute tucked away in Bank Colony, which is located on the Sigra Mehmorrganj Road. We are basically right behind the Padmini Hotel, which is a big landmark that helps people find their way here without getting lost. Being in Varanasi, specifically in Mahmoorganj, means things are always moving and there is plenty of activity around the building. The space we are in is a quiet spot despite being so close to the main road. We have a few classrooms set up with basic benches and boards for the students. It is the kind of place where you walk in and see stacks of textbooks and notebooks on every available surface. The teachers here are mostly locals who have been doing this for a long time and know the syllabus well. We do not have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it is just one of us sitting at the front desk handling the fees and the phone calls. The air is often filled with the sound of teachers explaining math problems or grammar rules to the different batches. We do not spend money on big shiny signs or expensive furniture. We would rather just have good lighting and enough space for everyone to sit comfortably while they work. It is a very practical environment for studying. Students come here after their regular school hours, and the place stays open until quite late in the evening.
