Bridal Make Up

We have been here at Pahariya Road for a while now. It is a busy spot in Varanasi, especially being so close to Navodaya Institute and Pandeypur. People usually find us easily because of the landmarks. Our shop is called Bridal Make Up, and mostly we just spend our days dealing with a lot of hair and makeup stuff. It gets quite crowded during the wedding season, as you can imagine. There are mirrors everywhere and chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but with all the powder and spray, it is a constant job. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking by. Sometimes we just sit near the door when it is quiet to get some air. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that, just this space where we work. Most people who come in are from the neighborhood or students from nearby. It is just a regular place where we try to get the job done right so people are happy when they look in the glass. We have been in this part of Pahariya for years. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the lights flicker, but it is our place. We just focus on the brushes and the colors every day. It is a simple life here near the institute. We open early when there is a big event and stay late to clean up the mess.
