Jas Chemical Industries

Out here at Plot No. 2411/12 in G. I. D. C. Sarigam, things stay busy from morning till night. We are Jas Chemical Industries. Being via Bhilad in the Valsad district means we are a bit of a drive for some people, but this industrial area is where the real work happens. The plot is quite large because we need the space for the chemical drums and the machinery. It gets very hot in Valsad during the summer months, and the production shed can get quite stuffy. We have been operating out of this G. I. D. C. spot for quite a long time now. Most of the people working here are locals from the surrounding villages. We do not have a polished front office with air conditioning. It is mostly concrete, steel, and hard work. You will see drums and containers stacked up all around the yard. We spend a lot of our time checking batches and making sure the loading is done correctly. It is hard work and it is often quite messy. Jas Chemical Industries is not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes that can get dirty without it being a problem. The road to the plot can be very bumpy after the monsoon rains. We just focus on getting the orders out to the people who need them. There is always the sound of trucks or machines running in the background. It is just a regular industrial life here in Sarigam. We do not make things sound better than they are. It is just us at Plot No. 2411/12 doing what we do.
