You can find us at Anand Apartment, specifically in Flat A, room 101. We are based in the Pardi taluka, which is a bit different from being in a giant city center. It’s a residential building, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big office tower. We’ve been working out of this flat for some time now, and it suits our needs just fine. Ubikaa Mind is really just a small group of people trying to make things happen. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. Most of our work is done on laptops while sitting at the dining table or on some desks we squeezed into the living area. It’s a very homey environment. We make our own tea and sometimes cook a bit of lunch in the kitchen. Being in Pardi means things move a little slower, and we appreciate that. We aren't in a rush to be corporate. We just like solving problems and helping out where we can. The neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. It’s an honest way to run a small business without all the overhead of a fancy location. We don’t use big words or make huge promises. We just look at what needs to be done and try to finish it by the end of the day. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us.
