Shiv Infotech is located in unit 17 of the Gayatri Complex, which is tucked behind the Gayatri High Bridge near NH8. Being in the GIDC area means it's pretty industrial around here, with lots of trucks and dust from the highway. Our shop is a bit of a hideaway in the back of the complex. We handle a lot of tech stuff, mostly repairs and helping people with their computer problems. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and there are stacks of computer towers and monitors waiting to be looked at. We spend most of our time with a screwdriver in hand or trying to fix a software glitch. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the building is older, but we’ve got some fans going. People from the nearby factories often drop by when their office computers act up. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the locals know we’re the ones to see when something breaks. It’s a simple life, dealing with hardware and talking to customers who just want their stuff to work again. No big missions or fancy talk, just fixing things and staying busy in the GIDC while the trucks rumble past on the bridge outside. It's what we do and we're used to it. Every day is a bit different.
