Lantec Technologies

Lantec Technologies is based in the Masat Industrial area at Sr. No. 450/2/2. It can be a bit like a maze trying to get through all the industrial lanes to find our building. The place is just a plain gray structure, much like the other warehouses around us. Inside, we have our equipment and a few simple workstations set up. It is usually pretty quiet in here except for the constant hum of the machines and the occasional truck passing by on the road outside. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. You just walk in through the main door and find someone working on the floor. We spend a lot of our time looking at technical drawings and fiddling with small components. The lighting is a bit harsh but it is necessary for the kind of detailed work we do. We have a small metal cupboard for our bags and a kettle for making tea in the late afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to sit outside on the bench until it comes back on. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do to get by. The neighborhood is mostly just other small factories. We stay busy with the orders that come in from local businesses.
